The Origin

VEIL was born out of frustration.

Our founder spent three years struggling with poor sleep. Not insomnia exactly — just that modern kind of exhaustion where your body is tired but your mind won't stop. Hours of screens. Eyes that felt like sandpaper by 9pm. A brain that refused to switch off.

The problem wasn't the mattress. It wasn't the temperature. It was the eyes.

After trying everything — melatonin, meditation apps, sleep podcasts, blackout curtains — one thing finally worked: heat therapy. A simple warm compress on the eyes for 15 minutes before sleep. The tension dissolved. The melatonin kicked in. Sleep came fast and deep.

But every product on the market felt cheap, complicated, or both.

So we built VEIL.

A mask that does exactly what it needs to do — therapeutic heat at 40–45°C, precision vibration for deep decompression, and an ice compress option for morning puffiness — wrapped in a design that doesn't look or feel like a gadget.
